Who are the Every Cloud Management people?
Our founders are:
John Taylor who brings to Every Cloud a wealth of experience and knowledge from a background of over 30 years in Consultancy. Starting his working life as a qualified Quantity Surveyor, John has over recent years held Directorships with both consultancy and facilities management companies and the office of COO for a rapidly growing Consultancy business. During this time he played a major part in the development of new systems, integration of staff following acquisitions and management of many administrative and operational processes. His main responsibilities under his Directorships have been for Health and Safety and HR.
John, having lived in Sussex since the late 60’s, is still very much a proud Yorkshireman. His hobbies include jogging, walking and although no longer playing, he enjoys watching and following cricket and supporting Huddersfield Town but Every Cloud will not hold that against him!!!
Jane Slater who enjoys working with people and helping them to develop their skills. Jane’s background is in both finance and human resources gained through her working life in both consultancy and publishing. Having held a variety of managerial positions in these and other operational fields she brings excellent generalist knowledge to the team.
During her career Jane has gained invaluable people experience through working in a Union environment and through recent TUPE transfers.
Jane’s passion for her work and the people she works alongside not only gets results but also develops long term working relationships built on trust and confidence. Jane now brings this passion and drive to developing the Every Cloud team.
Jane has lived in Surrey and West Sussex all her life and her hobbies include reading, walking and trying to understand why anyone enjoys watching cricket.
Both John and Jane are committed to working with Every Cloud's clients from the clients’ perspective and seek to provide friendly, practical solutions which encourage success and promote good working practices. They believe in encouraging results which are sustainable and give added value to organisations they work with.
